Terceira island, Azores - a view over the Atlantic

Our home in Terceira boasts views of the Atlantic, overlooking the Angra do Heroísmo bay or the Praia da Vitoria beach. These are the two cities of Terceira Island, part of the Azores archipelago, with a total of 57 thousand inhabitants who, together, live in year-round celebration, both secular and religious.

Between Europe and America, the nine Azores islands are part of routes, journeys and the greatest scenery of the “blue ocean highways”. There is an island with an even greater geostrategic value that was a staging post for the ships that lead the European maritime expansion: Terceira Island.
